Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! If you spend over $45, you automatically receive free shipping! Some exceptions and restrictions apply including, but not limited to, items over 70 pounds, oversized packages, furniture and certain custom products. Flynn's Office Solutions reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change our delivery policy and delivery fees at any time.
Do you offer same day or rush delivery service?
In many cases these services are available in the NYC metro area at no additional cost, but please call us at (212) 339-8700 before ordering so we can guarantee delivery.
When can I expect to receive my order?
For orders placed by 3 PM during business hours, most of the items you need will be shipped the next business day. In the NYC metro area, almost all orders will be delivered the next business day. For orders outside of the NYC metro area, we cannot guarantee when you will receive your order, but we can tell you if it has been shipped and whether or not there are any problems with your order that have been reported to us.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely and for no extra charge!
How can I check the status of my order?
Please visit your "My Account" page by clicking the link at the top right of our website. From there, please click on the order you would like to check the status of.
For packages shipped via UPS or FedEx, you will be able to track your order by clicking on the tracking number provided by us. If there is no tracking number listed and the order has been marked as shipped, our unbeatable messengers are most likely on their way to you!
