WENT FROM THE XEROX WORK CENTER 3615 TO THIS AND IT IS AN EXCELLENT UPGRADE! ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE SCREEN ALWAYS GOING TO SLEEP. PRINTER HAS ALL THE FEATURES YOU WOULD NEED AND IS FAST! CAN’T ASK FOR MUCH MORE. THE ONLY UPGRADE LEFT IS FOR THE MACHINE TO MAKE YOUR COFFEE FOR YOU!

I can’t seem to figure out how to print a confirmation page that the fax has been sent. Does this machine do this??

THERE IS A NOISE IT MAKES WHEN PRINTING THAT IS NOT GOOD.
There is a noise it makes when printing that is not good.

AUTOMATICS SCANNING WITH PAPER FEEDER ON TOP AND MAKE COPYING EASY.
The automatics paper feeder on top of the printer makes it easy for me to scanned and copy multiple quantities of pages without getting stuck.

THIS PRODUCT HAS GREAT FEATURES
This is a good product. Just having problems sometimes after printing envelopes and then going back to regular printing. Sometimes regular printing don’t work; got to go through the menu in order to resume printing..

GREAT PRINTER
This is my 3rd Xerox printer over the years and I find their quality exemplary. All my Xerox printers have been bullet proof and I find this VersaLink B405 no different. The few times over the years that I have needed support, Xerox had been there and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. An enthusiastic thumbs up!

THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT AND WISH WE HAD PURCHASE THE ONE WITH COLOR.
As a company, we make plenty of copies for our clients. The quality of the printer is excellent. We have had this printer for 3 years and only had one issue. We were able to handle this issue without a service call. Xerox did an excellent job in building this printer. Kudos!!!!!!

THIS PRODUCT IS REALLY GOOD
I appreciate how easy it is to use this Xerox machine. It is easy to program to scan right to email, store on your desk. I program multiple users in with their address books. I like how it is small and can fit into a compact area.
