When a Client Buys More Credits from the Xerox App Gallery, Will the Embedded AI App Automatically Reflect the Purchase? Can the Credits Be Used Immediately?

When procuring additional credits, clients will link the newly purchased app with their Xerox® Device. Then, they can start using the Embedded AI Apps with the newly purchased credits.

The Client Has Already Purchased the App from the App Gallery for Use on Another Device and Have Now Received an Additional AltaLink Device with the Same App and Credit Allowance. How Do I Use Both Sets of Credits?

The Embedded AI Apps consume the included credit allowance prior to consuming credits from purchased apps.

No. After purchasing credits, the client must link the app to the Xerox® AltaLink® 8200 device. Once linked, credits are immediately available for use.

Can the newly purchased credits be used right away?

Yes, as soon as the app is linked to the device, the credits are usable without delay.

I already purchased the app for another device. How do I use credits on my new AltaLink® 8200 device?

The Embedded AI App will first use the included credit allowance on the new device before drawing from the previously purchased credit pool.
