Where can I get assistance if I have an issue using an Embedded AI App?

If a service technician needs to reload the printer software will the app be installed automatically? Additionally, will any remaining credits still be available to be consumed?

The reload process will automatically install the three Embedded AI Apps, and all remaining credits will be available for use on that device.

These apps are embedded directly into the device’s user interface and designed for ease of use with minimal setup.

Are the AI apps free to use?

Each app comes with a limited number of free credits:
a. Auto‑Redaction: 750 pages

b. Summarizer: 325 pages

c. Note Converter: 300 pages

Credits are valid for up to 5 years from the date of activation.

What happens when the free credits run out?

Once credits are used up:
a. The app will stop processing jobs

b. A message prompts the user to purchase more credits

How are app updates delivered?
